Order Procedure
We accept payment by cheque, only made payable to LAMC. You can place your order by post (using our downloadable order form), by telephone on +44 (0) 1883 627 500 or e-mail us at riverbourne@lamc.com.
When you have placed your order with us, you will receive notification via e-mail confirming your order details. We recommend that you print a copy of this order confirmation for reference. Once your order has been processed by us, we shall send you a further e-mail confirming the exact day of despatch and delivery details.
At Riverbourne Fine Art we take great care to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. Each fine art print is meticulously inspected for any faults or imperfections prior to despatch. Every print we supply is wrapped in fine acid-free tissue paper and placed in a heavy duty cardboard tube.
Delivery
Our postage costs are £7.00 to UK mainland, £10.00 to EU and the rest of Europe and £12 to the rest of the world.
Riverbourne Fine Art will endeavour to despatch your order within two weeks of receiving your order and payment. We use Royal Mail First Class – signed for and Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery to all UK destinations. Deliveries by Royal Mail First Class – signed for, usually arrive the following day after posting. However this is not guaranteed. Please be aware that all our deliveries will require a signature on receipt of the order.
Our delivery aims overseas locations are:
Western Europe – 14 working days
Eastern Europe – 17 working days
USA & Canada – 19 working days
Rest of the World – 21 working days
However, please allow a maximum of 21 working days for delivery. Riverbourne Fine Art uses Royal Mail Internationally Signed For and Airsure services for overseas order. The delivery times stated above for overseas orders do not take into account delays attributed to customs clearance and individual country delivery timescales.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with goods you receive, you have the right to return your order within 7 days of receipt of goods, providing Riverbourne Fine Art received the returned goods in perfect condition and suitable for resale. All costs for returning the goods to Riverbourne Fine Art to be paid for by the customer. Riverbourne Fine Art will be happy to refund you the full cost of the goods returned. If for any reason you receive the goods in a damaged condition, please remember to state this when you sign for the delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs for returning the item to us. You can always return items if they are defective in manufacture but please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective in manufacture.
To return an item, please enclose a brief note explaining the reason for the return, pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to:

In the case of a defective or damaged product, please provide a full decription of the fault or damage and return the item in its original packaging if possible. Please include any other documentation that was included in the delivery.
Pricing
Riverbourne Fine Art reserves the right to change the prices of all prints and delivery costs at any time and without notice.

GDPR
Manual and digital files are kept in locked storage overnight and no digital files are kept on a computer. After the six year (company records) period expires (31st March of each year) your manual and digital files will be deleted and destroyed in a manner compliant with GDPR. If you have made or are intending to make a bank transfer payment from your phone or computer then as part of this agreement you agree to delete our bank details from your device(s) once payment is made.
